Zeleu helps people find UK service businesses and helps those businesses respond to web enquiries and missed calls. For a marketplace request, Zeleu uses your details to find and route the enquiry to a suitable participating business. That business becomes responsible for how it handles your enquiry after receiving it.
What we collect
- Contact details and the content and timing of your enquiry.
- The requested service, postcode, urgency and job details.
- For business enquiries: business type, enquiry-volume range and optional note.
- Consent or SMS opt-out records, routing status, staff notes and technical delivery events.
- Anonymous demo scenarios and value-calculator snapshots.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, route it to the right person, operate and secure the service and demonstrate outcomes to the relevant business. We do not use this service to make medical, tenancy, credit or other consequential decisions.
Storage, sharing and retention
Information is stored in the site’s managed database and shared only with the business you contacted and providers needed to run the service. Live client retention periods are set in the service agreement; fit-call requests are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices
Reply STOP to a recovery SMS to opt out. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data. Start a request through the fit-call form and write “privacy request” in the note. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Important demo boundary
Do not enter real customer, patient, tenant or employee information into the interactive demo. It is intended for fictional or anonymous test scenarios only.
